Where is McTees Custom Apparel?

We are based out of Swansea, Massachusetts and operate as an online e-commerce business.  Please follow us on Instagram or Facebook @mcteescustomapparel.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Venmo.  

 

What size should I order?

Our apparel tends to run true to size.  So, If you're not sure what size to order,  are between sizes or like your clothes to be a bit roomy, we recommend you size up.  

 

Will my shirts or hoodies shrink after I wash them?

Your design is generally printed on apparel that contains some percentage of cotton, which has a slight shrinkage factor.   As such, we suggest you wash using only cold water with the item inside out.  We also recommend that you hang dry our apparel.  If you do decide to place the item in the dryer, only use low heat with the item inside out.

 

Do you charge sales tax for online orders?

Massachusetts does not require that sales tax be collected on clothing items with a value under $175 per item.

 

How does shipping work?

At checkout, you will have your choice of shipping.  We also offer Free Shipping when your total purchase is over $99.  

Priority Shipping is NOT Overnight shipping. Priority shipping simply means once a package is scanned at the USPS facility, it is usually 1-2 business days instead 3-5 business days. 

 

 How long do I have to wait to get my order?

We generally ship orders within 24-48 hours of order placement on weekdays.  Orders placed on Fridays after 3pm, Saturdays and Sundays will ship on the following Monday. If you are selecting a Priority Mail option, please be aware that the shipping time starts after your order has been processed and picked up by the local USPS office for delivery. Priority Mail is an estimated delivery time and not a guarantee.

 

Please note: During times of high volume such as holidays etc., our processing time may be greater than 48 hours. Deliveries may also be delayed due to USPS carrier issues that we at McTees Custom Apparel cannot control.

 

What do I do if I receive my order and I am missing an item, I have the wrong item or it is damaged?

It is very rare, but sometimes these things happen.  Please email us at: mcteescustomapparel@gmail.com and we will make it right for you.
