Refund policy

We do not offer Returns unless an item is received damaged.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges will not be honored for products that have been previously worn, washed, or damaged.
  • All SALE Collection Items are FINAL, no Exchanges. 
  • Please Expect Longer than usual Shipping turnaround during the Holidays and when the USPS has longer than usual turnarounds.
  • HOLIDAY EXCHANGE POLICY: We will honor  Exchanges on purchases made through the website through January 15th, if purchased between November 24th and December 24th. 


McTees Custom Apparel prides itself on its quality products and the best customer service.  We hope you enjoy each purchase and ask that you spread the word with friends and businesses alike.

  • Our exchange policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
  • Mail your Return(s) to PO Box 792, Swansea, MA 02777. When we receive the package, we will issue a refund (minus the cost of shipping) as long as items are in good condition. 
  • If on the rare occasion your item is damaged upon receiving it, you need to report the damage to McTees Custom Apparel within 7 days. Please keep original packaging and box with damaged item. We ask that you reach out and supply pictures of the damaged item and box, if applicable.  McTees Custom Apparel can only supply replacement after the claim has been filed. 
  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and contain original tags (if any).
  • Gift cards are NOT refundable!
  • If the customer cannot provide proof of purchase or receipt, store credit may be issued.


Sale items/Player specific/Time specific apparel 

  • Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Unfortunately, sale items and final sale items cannot be exchanged, unless they arrive damaged. Player specific apparel and time specific gear is not eligible for return or exchange. 


Exchanges (if applicable)

If you need to exchange an item, please indicate what shirt and size you would like to exchange it with. Simply include $5 with your item to cover the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect on McTees Custom Apparel’s part.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
